Lawn Maintenance – All prices include mowing with 21 inch mulching mowers, edging with a steel blade edger of all sidewalks, curbs, driveway and alley, line trimming around house, beds, fences and trees, and cleaning off all concrete areas with an air blower.
Our pricing is based on the total size of your lot and the number of mowings you receive. Most inside lots in our area are 9,500 sq. ft. or less, while most corner and cul-de-sac lots are between 9,500 sq. ft. and 12,000 sq. ft.
Scalping (if requested) is done on the initial service of the year in March or early April. The grass is cut low and bagged to remove the dead layer of grass left over from the winter before the new spring growth begins.
